Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Local Authorities Pension Fund (LAPF) will be held on Monday 11 November 2024 at 1000 hrs. The Annual General Meeting will be conducted both physically and virtually. The physical meeting will be held at Kadoma Hotel and Conference Centre, Kadoma while those attending virtually will use the meeting link to be provided to the attendees.

- Adoption of notice Convening the
- Confirmation on minutes of the meeting held on 19 February 2024.
- To receive, consider and adopt the Board Chairman’s Report for the year ended 31 December 2023 and 2024 updates.
- To receive, consider and adopt the Audited Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December
- Presentation of highlights of the Fund`s Actuarial Valuation as at 31 December 2023.
- Fund`s Current Key
- To ratify Management Committee (Board Members/ Trustees) Remuneration for the year ended 31 December 2023.
- Input to the Fund`s Five (5) year Strategic Plan.
- Any other business: To transact such other business as may be transacted at an Annual General Meeting.
THE PROCESS TO THE HOLDING OF THE AGM
a. Registration to attend the AGM
Attending members will be required to register and be on the register of those attending physically and virtually by the 31st of October 2024.
b. Proxy representation
As previously communicated, only representatives of the relevant groups carrying proxy votes from members and/or beneficiaries will be attending in person.
