The Annual General Meeting will be conducted both physically and virtually.<br \/>The physical meeting will be held at King Solomon Hotel, Kwekwe while those attending virtually will use the<br \/>meeting link to be provided to the attendees.<\/p><p><strong>AGENDA \/ ORDER OF BUSINESS<\/strong><\/p><ol><li>Chairman`s Welcome and Opening Remarks.<\/li><li>Adoption of notice Convening the Meeting.<\/li><li>Confirmation on minutes of the meeting held on 19 February 2024.<\/li><li>To receive, consider and adopt the Board Chairman\u2019s Report for the year ended 31 December 2024.<\/li><li>To receive, consider and adopt the Audited Financial Statements for the years ended 31 December 2023 and 31 December 2024.<\/li><li>Presentation of highlights of the Fund`s Actuarial Valuation as at 31 December 2023.<\/li><li>Fund`s Current Key Updates.<\/li><li>To ratify Management Committee (Board Members\/ Trustees) Remuneration for the years ended 31 December 2023 and 31 December 2024.<\/li><li>Any other business: To transact such other business as may be transacted at an Annual General Meeting.<\/li><\/ol><p><strong>THE PROCESS TO THE HOLDING OF THE AGM<\/strong><br \/><strong>a. <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Registration to attend the AGM<\/span><\/strong><br \/>Attending members will be required to register and be on the register of those attending physically and virtually by the <strong>20th of May 2025.<\/strong><\/p><p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>b.
